Hey there! Sorry I have been MIA lately..my life has been crazy busy here lately and I’ve had so much going on that I haven’t had the extra time to focus on my blog. BUT I’m back and going to make a much better effort moving forward! Promise, Promise.
Anyway, on to the important stuff. Spring has obviously sprung here in Dallas so I am obsessing over all the fun new spring rompers I’m seeing. If you’ve never tried wearing a romper before I suggest you give it a try! I was hesitant when I first tried them out, but trust me they can be so flattering on and just a casual or dressy alternative to your normal outfit routine. The one I’m wearing was an obvious choice because it’s black (and slimming too – plus, plus) and the florals give it that spring vibe I was looking for. The best part is that it has the cutest tie back detail. It’s never a bad idea to show off a little backside with an open back like this. I try to find pieces for my wardrobe that have an edgy feel and aren’t traditional. The open back will most definitely come in handy in the hot months to come.
I always size up in my rompers because I’m not scared to say I do have thighs and a booty, and you just have to cover up the necessary parts. Keep it classy. So I am wearing a medium in this romper (I’m 5’6) and the length is nice on this one, it’s not too short where I feel uncomfortable walking or sitting down in it.
